This Portsmouth home was a 1970s split level home with serious design problems as well as water and mold problems. 

We added a curved roof over an expanded entry, changed the roofline to provide a large family room with views of the water, and added a small dining room addition and screen porch on the back.

A complete renovation, inside and out, transformed this home into one of the nicest homes in the neighborhood.
