Stone Cottage

The original one room stone cottage was built in 1927 and added to in the 1980s. 

The site is very small, but is nestled in a woodland.  A short walk down a private path brings you to the ocean.

We were able to double the size, completely renovate the home, solve the site challenges, and find space for a small garage for the owner’s 1927 Model A Ford.
